Not that we are looking to toot our own horn (ok, we are), but sickly sweet, cheap and nasty Espresso Martini’s are so 2017.

We’ve decided this is where a damn good Espresso Martini is at, and we dare you to give it a whirl!

Ingredients

• 45ml Death Gin Coffee
• 30ml Dark Chocolate Liqueur (we use Naked Dark Cacao by White Possum)
• 30ml of Mac. by Brookies (a roasted Macadamia and Wattleseed liqueur)
• 15ml Aquafaba (or half an egg white)
• Garnish with shaved chocolate

Instructions

Ensure you have a chilled Martini glass handy.

Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake like your life depends on it.

Strain into your chilled martini glass and garnish with some shaved chocolate.
